Refund Policy for Quoin Rock & Knorhoek Wines Online Store
Thank you for shopping at our online store. We appreciate the trust you place in Quoin Rock & Knorhoek wines, and we’re dedicated to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act.
1. Returns:
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3. Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Any used items is also deemed as non-refundable.
6. Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us.
